Terms of Service for PixMotion AI

Welcome to PixMotion AI ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using PixMotion AI, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this App

• The App is not intended for minors

2. Description of Service

PixMotion AI provides AI-powered tools that allow users to convert images into videos using proprietary, in-house AI models.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload.

3.2 License

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.

3.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains illegal, harmful, or abusive material

4. Face Data Usage

• Face data is only used to provide App functionality

• We do not use face data for identification

• We do not use face data to train AI models

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Some features may require payment or subscription

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

We do not handle or store your payment information.

6. Account and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account via in-app settings or by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, and AI models, remain the property of PixMotion AI.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The accuracy or quality of generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixMotion AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
